DR. MYRIAM GLAVASH, DMD, BOARD CERTIFIED

Hi! I'm Dr. Gigi, a board-certified pediatric dentist with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. I've been practicing dentistry for nearly a decade! I completed my pediatric residency at my alma mater and the largest private university in South Florida, Nova Southeastern University. While there, I completed extensive training in behavioral management including advanced behavioral management techniques, including oral sedation and general anesthesia. I have also worked and trained largely with children diagnosed with special needs. I excelled in my post-doctoral program and was the 2021 recipient of the STUEY Award (Student Life Achievement Award) in academic excellence among other attributes. I love taking the time to care and comfort my patients so visiting the dentist is a rewarding, informative and fun experience!

I’m Dr. Eric DeVries, DMD MS, and while I wasn’t born in Texas, I sure got here as fast as I could! Originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, I grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and I’m now proud to call Amarillo my home. My wife, Andrea, and I, along with our two amazing kids, Brody and Mia, have been part of this wonderful community for over 15 years. I went to Calvin College in Grand Rapids before heading to the University of Alabama at Birmingham for Dental School. I then completed my Pediatric Dental Residency at the University of Michigan. I’m also a proud Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my family, chasing after my kids (who definitely keep me on my toes!), or enjoying all that Amarillo has to offer. I’m passionate about helping kids feel comfortable at the dentist and making their dental visits as fun and easy as possible. It’s my privilege to be a part of this community and to provide care for your family!

For nearly a decade, I’ve had the pleasure of calling Amarillo home, where I’ve had the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and the community. Beyond the practice, I share my love for cutting-edge orthodontics as a part-time faculty member at Texas A&M Dental School, where I guide future dentists in mastering Invisalign techniques. I’ve also contributed to national publications with two Invisalign® articles and am thrilled to join the Invisalign faculty in 2025—a role that will take me around the globe, sharing insights and innovations in orthodontics.

DR. DEVON COOPER, DMD, MS, BOARD CERTIFIED

As a pediatric dentist, I treat children and adolescents, including those who have special needs. I give the care I would give my own child or family member, and I always treat people with respect. When I was young, I was inspired to become a pediatric dentist by my own dentist. My family did not have a lot of money at that time, and our dentist took what we could give and provided me care with enthusiasm. He did not treat me any differently than the other kids. In my practice, I recognize that everyone comes from different walks of life, and circumstances do impact one’s life. I strive never to be quick to judge anything or anyone. If I see a family in the morning, I want to be the person to start their day off great. If I see a family in the evening, I want to be the person to make their day better if it hasn't been going well. Smiles and laughter are very contagious, and we should use them more.

If I could have a superpower it would be: Super strength! One thing people are surprised to know about me: I love anime. My favorite ice cream flavor is: Strawberry with sprinkles! Something that makes me smile everyday: The chance to make at least one person laugh every day – it’s my personal challenge. If I wasn't a dentist I would be: A Veterinarian

DR. COLT SICHER, DDS, MBS

I was raised in Amarillo, Texas, and graduated from Randall High School. After college, I spent a year in the Peruvian jungle, where I assisted with dental clinics and volunteer work. Following that, I earned my pilot's license, worked in sales, and coached at the Boys and Girls Club. My passion for dentistry was sparked when a dentist helped me with jaw pain, inspiring me to pursue a career where I could help others in the same way. After graduating from Loma Linda University in California with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, I went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry. I served as a dentist in the United States Air Force for four years, stationed in Florida and California. Following my service, I earned a Master's degree in Orthodontics in Colorado. When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids, as well as taking trips to surf or snowboard. My family and I are thrilled to be back in the panhandle, surrounded by friends and family, and I'm excited to build lasting relationships with my patients while creating beautiful smiles.

If I could have a superpower it would be: Ability to heal instantly. One thing people are surprised to know about me: I was in a movie when I was 5 years old. It was about a plane crash in Iowa based on true events! My favorite ice cream flavor is: Cookies and Cream all day! Something that makes me smile everyday: Watching my kids grow up. If I wasn't a dentist I would be: A firefighter!
